Matt Muse

Partner and Co-Founder

Matt co-founded Wildpine Capital after a decade at Asana Partners, where he served as Managing Director responsible for leading investment activity across the United States. He played an integral role in the firm's growth from inception to more than $7 billion in retail, office, and mixed-use assets under management.

Previously, Matt worked at PGIM Real Estate, covering acquisition and joint-venture development activity across the Southeast and Southwest. Over his career, he has executed more than $5 billion in real estate transactions.

Matt received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Wood Britton

Partner and Co-Founder

Wood co-founded Wildpine Capital after serving as Director at Asana Partners, where he led firm development, asset management, and leasing functions across a $250 million portfolio in Tampa and Orlando, and led development activity in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, and Washington, DC.

Previously, Wood led self-storage development across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida for Johnson Development Associates. Over his career, he has spearheaded more than $300 million of ground-up and adaptive reuse development projects.

Wood received a B.A. in Finance from Wofford College.
